All Levels
Ideal for complete beginners or anyone who prefers a relaxed pace and good company.

Terrain: Well marked paths and tracks
Pace: Relaxed with plenty of stops
Ascent: Less than 100m. Mostly flat to maximise on social time.

Improver
Great for those who have been on short walks before but want to explore further afield or to try to stretch their legs a little more.
Typical duration: 2 - 3 hours
Terrain: Well marked paths and tracks
Pace: Relaxed with plenty of stops
Ascent: Up to 300m. A hill climb or two, but nothing too steep and we'll take it nice and slow.

Intermediate
Perfect for those who are used to hiking for a couple of hours, but would like to try longer
Typical duration: 3-5 hours
Terrain: Mixture of well-established paths and off-the-beaten track

Advanced
Great for those with experience of day hikes but want the challenge of a steeper ascent, a longer day or a new area.
Typical duration: up to 8 hours
Terrain: Mixture of well-established paths and off-the-beaten track.
Ascent: Up to 700m
